I hold a SHRM-SCP certification and I've led recruiting functions at every level, from sourcing to strategy.

I started Core Talent Co. because I believe both sides of the hiring process deserve better. Job seekers deserve to understand how hiring actually works from the inside — not just the generic advice everyone repeats. And organizations deserve access to real talent acquisition expertise without the overhead of a full-time hire or the dependency of an agency.
